In 2003, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act was enacted and, subsequently, Randy Hoover became appointed as a licensed Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plan and Supplement plan agent.  He has attended training seminars in Salt Lake City, Utah with Ron Kellogg of Kellogg Insurance Marketing of Utah, one of the top Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan experts in the country. Annually, Randy is required to complete over 40 hours of continuing education, including AHIP, Medicare Fraud Waste and Abuse and product specific training with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, UnitedHealthcare®, Health Alliance Plan, Priority Health, Aetna & Humana.
